I wanted to post something someone said at an Al-Anon meeting Sunday. It's about God (or if you prefer, your Higher Power).
Here is what a woman who is going through a crisis said, and it's worth writing down and remembering.
"God is as close as your breath."

For what is is worth, I find myself battling God at times,seems what he thinks is in my best interests sometimes differs from what I think, believe or see in front of me......
That's where my faith kicks in....
Sometimes, I thank God for un-answered prayers......
What I do believe in my heart of hearts is that he has my best interests at heart, and those that may be on the receiving end of those prayers that are answered.
I guess the bottom line is that none of us can see tomorrow, we can only trust that in our work we are moving in a direction that God will respond to.
It's about the action, right?
